Mechanical and Electrical Fit out of a new Computer Room and adjacent electrical Switch room.

What We Did

Ashworth Electrical acted as the Principal Contractor controlling Health and Safety, planning and design works for the whole fit out works. 

Testing and commissioning ensured full compliance with Clients brief.

Design works were carried out in-house using Revit Building Design Suite.

The Result

The Project was delivered on time and under Budget to the complete satisfaction of NMUH Estates team and Computer Department.

What We Did

This project was for the delivery of a BREEAM Excellent Scheme to the Burnley College Campus.  This consisted of a phased installed of electrical & mechanical services, phase one to a new Construction Skills Centre and phase two to the Technology Building.  

The Result

The project was delivered on the busy campus with AES working in partnership with the College we coordinated the out-of-hours installation of incoming services (water, gas, electricity) and also interfaced the new buildings onto the existing systems (fire, CCTV, intruder, access control).

The Electrical Engineering Design and Installation associated with the fit-out of the Trent Modular Wards consisted of the following:

The Result

This was a fast track programme to design, construct and deliver a high quality, fully fitted out building in less than four months.  The facilities included 56 in-patient beds as single en-suite and four bed ward bays, two state-of-the-art clean air theatres, theatre recovery room, offices, staff rooms and an integral plant room.
